Lecrae Review

There's an old saying..."Never judge a book by its cover." The truth of this maxim has once again been made evident to me (this occurs often), after I listened to some of the songs on Lecrae' new album, "Rebel." This is now the third solo project from Christian rap artist, "Lacrae." Fan's of Lecrae's music will be able to tell that he draws heavily from Pastor John Piper, and that he labors to point his listeners to the realities of the surpassing greatness of Christ, in juxtaposition to the world's numerous, though temporary pleasures. The production on this album is solid, and the artistry is very impressive.With guess features such as rapper, "Da T.R.U.T.H," and singer "Cam," this album is sure to have your head nodding for a long to come.
